This is the second time I have used Mr Appliance in the past 3 years. So a repeat customer. DMITRIY was the technician who repaired my refrigerator water dispenser today. He was on time, well mannered, well spoken, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Gave me the option to repair or not and the cost of repair. I chose repair. He quickly left and returned with the necessary replacement part and completed the repair all within 1 1/2 hrs. The cost was not insignificant, but was the same cost I found with a web search. I have been more than satisfied with the service.

Jesse and David were friendly, respectful of my house , my cats who can’t go to the basement being mindful to keep the basement door closed and professional. Ensured me that they would take care of the problem, explained every step of what and why they were doing this or that , checked the dryer out throughly and found the problem, went after parts 2 times , and replaced the parts , completed the job and was on their way.
