The young man from Mr. Appliance was in and out within 15 minutes, literally. He was familiar with the equipment and model and the problem. Didn't even have to replace any parts. Basically a loose connection issue. I appreciate not only the rapid service, but also the fact that he didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need. This builds trust.

Refrigerator was frosting up on inside of freezer compartment. The technician arrived and troubleshot the problem and quoted a price for the repair. The parts were ordered and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Thank you for making the process so stress free!!
