Cody was on time, very thorough and friendly. He took extra care to make sure everything worked.
I chose Mr.Appliance from the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed! Cody was very knowledgeable with my older Viking refrigerator. He changed the door seals, leveled the fridge And fixed a condensation drainage issue. Viking parts are not cheap so it was a little pricy but I knew that going in. All in all, I am happy with the service and repairs and will definitely call again if I have any further issues

Very friendly and professional. Came over at time stated and found out what was wrong. Ordered part from LG then a week later came back and had my dishwasher up and running in about an hour.

Their employee arrived as promised. And he fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I would use them if I ever have another problem!

Kyle was very attentive, diagnosed the dishwasher problem, ordered the parts and was back the next week for repair. Also looked at refrigerator and was honest that the repair would not be worth it given the age of the refrigerator. Also liked the fact Mr. Appliance sends a picture of the technician before arrival.
