What a great company! I called Mr. Appliance of Littleton on a Tuesday because of some concerning scaping noises coming from our clothes dryer. I spoke with Valerie and she said that she could have Bryan come out the next day. She also very clearly explained (in a very friendly way) how their service fees work. The next day Bryan arrived right on time. He worked very efficiently and diagnosed the problem much more quickly than I expected. He provided me with a quotation that was reasonable, which I accepted. They ordered the parts and Bryan came back out on Friday to complete the repairs. He again efficiently completed the work and the scraping noise was gone. I was very impressed with both Valerie and Bryan and will definitely contact them again if we need an appliance repair. I highly recommend them.

Bryan did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our microwave, obtained the parts and installed them without any issues. He was especially adept at removing the very heavy combination microwave/oven pair without causing any damage to our cherry cabinets.
