He was very thorough, Definitely Experienced, was able to show me the cause of the issues, repair the issues and provide guidance on continued care of our appliances. They came out and before ordering a very expensive part they sent a more senior tech to double check and found it was a different issue. Saved me a lot of money and wasted time.
