Needed someone that was GE certified to work on my washing machine. The guy had a hard time because the previous company that was sent out by GE sent someone that stripped out all the screws in my washer. Totally NOT this company's fault but they got the part replaced and replaced the screws. Tech did a good job even though he was new, it has been fixed and working for almost a week now.

Marc was efficient and worked to get my refrigerator up and running. It is an old appliance and the condenser crumbled in his hand but he tested a condenser he had in his truck, installed it and it worked. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Marc was very professional and thorough. He ensured the repairs were complete and to our satisfaction. He made sure by consulting with his supervisor before leaving the job undone. Instead of waiting weeks for an expensive door replacement, we have our water dispenser working. Excellent work!

Mac was wonderful. He had to wrestle with a dryer that was misbehaving. He handled it with not even a sign frustration. He was polite , easy to talk to and mist importantly got the job done. I would definetly use this service again.
