Taylor was prompt and explained everything very clearly. He seemed to know the machine. Since he just fixed the issue, we have not had a chance to see if the fix worked. Wash day is tomorrow so we will know at that time.

Mr Appliance (David) arrived exactly as scheduled, quickly identified the failed parts, retrieved replacements from their warehouse and then installed them as needed. All in all we're very pleased!
