My Bosch dishwasher stopped draining, and gave me an error code. The dispatcher took the info about the error code and the make and model of my dishwasher. David, the repair man, was on time. He was polite, and fixed my dishwasher quickly. Turns outs it was a broken piece of glass. David gave me a couple of tips on dishwasher maintenance. The price was very reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the experience. I would call Mr. Appliance again.
