The technician, David, I had was very thoughtful and hard working. Even when the diagnostic process was more complicated than initially thought, he kept working at it and eventually found the solution. Even though it took longer, we were only charged for the initial quoted time. A very good experience. Recommend.

They were able to get someone to replace the pump on my washer next day. The repair person was there at exactly 8 am. He was very professional, yet friendly. The fee seemed reasonable. I can’t think of any reason not to call Mr. Appliance next time something breaks.
