After a failed service appointment by Frigidaire with Chambers, I was able to land an appointment with Mr Appliance. Upon speaking with the customer service rep, she was able to confirm and set an earlier appointment than what Frigidaire quoted. The techs, J and David were extremely courteous and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and told me things about my appliance that I knew nothing of. I HIGHLY recommend them. They even called me to remind me that the techs would be arriving at my home. I was very impressed. Thank you again J and David and to Mr Appliance, your business is AWESOME.

The 2 specialists were very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and coordinated quickly with the manufacturer for the part they needed. As soon as the part was received they came back and completed the job. Both friendly and professional. If I need anything again I'll be calling Mr. Appliance.

David was a great technician for Mr. Appliance! He repaired my adult son's drying machine. We got very prompt service. They were able to get us an appointment the day after we requested one online. It did take 2 days for the repair, but it involved a day to diagnose the issue, and get the part/s picked up for the repair. I would recommend this company!

Our technician (David) was on time, courteous and explained the problem. He ordered the part we needed while was here and and it arrived in a timely manner.
