The technician was very personable & knowledgeable. He got our dryer working again by cleaning ‘connectors’. He took the trouble to check if parts would be available if the dryer failed again. That was helpful information, since we have since purchased a new dryer.

The Mr Appliance repair man was right on time and after a few questions proceeded to work resolving the problem with our LG washing machine. He finished in an hour or so, leaving the laundry room immaculate and a working machine. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. We recommend Mr Appliance highly! You will not be disappointed!
