Our repairman was experienced and very friendly.
Scheduling the appointment was seamless and professional. Got instant confirmation email and photo update on expected technician. On the day of the appointment, Nick (technician) called to inform me he was on his way. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I would not hesitate to call them again!
Prompt, efficient and affordable. Tech, Adam was thorough and showed me some tips to help keep my washer operating well.

Amazing on time ( early in my case) service! Fixed my dryer in about an hour. Reasonable pricing as well! Service rep was friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend

Appreciated the professionalism of the company (calling when they had a cancellation and able to come a day earlier). Received a text and phone call from the tech Bobby. He took his time explaining the problem and what he did to fix our dishwasher. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I was able to quickly get an appointment, the tech was on time and very friendly. He was able to figure out the problem and had the parts in his truck. Took him about 2 hours. He seemed really knowledgeable. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

Dryer stopped heating on Oct 26th, I made an appointment for the 30th on line because I'd be around all day but they called on Monday mourning with a cancelation to see if I was around. Bobby, one of their technicians came over, figured it out quickly & fixed it. He was professional & knew what he was doing. It's an old Dryer so had other parts replaced while it was apart. Would definitely recommend these guys, very nice person from the office also who handled everything, thank you guys for having it up & running quickly, appreciate it!
