Adam had to figure out how to maneuver the washing machine out of a very tight spot which he did with absolute determination. He knew right away what was wrong and had the parts in his van.

My 10+ year old Kenmore Elite dryer has been worked like a champ through the years, and suddenly stopped blowing hot air (pun intended). Adam came out replaced the heating element and we’re back in business! I’ll surely call them if I need them again.

The technician was very personable & knowledgeable. He got our dryer working again by cleaning ‘connectors’. He took the trouble to check if parts would be available if the dryer failed again. That was helpful information, since we have since purchased a new dryer.
