Dryer stopped heating on Oct 26th, I made an appointment for the 30th on line because I'd be around all day but they called on Monday mourning with a cancelation to see if I was around. Bobby, one of their technicians came over, figured it out quickly & fixed it. He was professional & knew what he was doing. It's an old Dryer so had other parts replaced while it was apart. Would definitely recommend these guys, very nice person from the office also who handled everything, thank you guys for having it up & running quickly, appreciate it!

Reliable and efficient

Our oven was not working correctly. One burner would not fully light and the oven would not light at all and we would only smell gas. Adam came out looked over the stove and was able to identify the problem and replace the broken part right then and there. I will recommend Mr. Appliance and will use them in the future.

This company is unbelievable! I called on a Tuesday. I was scheduled for the next day. Received a call back that same day and they gave me an opening later that day. Initial call, updated appointment and repairman visit all within 8 hours. This is unheard of! The receptionist was incredibly polite, helpful and professional. She sent along a picture of the repairman who would be coming to the house. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and left us a receipt. To top that all off, we get a one-year warranty on his work! This is the way service used to be given and sadly has disappeared over the years. Not so with Mr. Appliance.
