I called for service and received a return call shortly, A service appointment was scheduled quickly. I received an email re appointment time and technician who would be servicing our appliance. Nick was excellent, ordered our oven part and within a few days the part was installed. Both appointments were in a two hour window and I find that impressive when awaiting service. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
