I called for service and received a return call shortly, A service appointment was scheduled quickly. I received an email re appointment time and technician who would be servicing our appliance. Nick was excellent, ordered our oven part and within a few days the part was installed. Both appointments were in a two hour window and I find that impressive when awaiting service. My (not very old, cream colored) refrigerator died about 10 days ago. Your appliance Service Professional, Kelson, arrived and gave me the bad news. The refridgerator could be fixed, but it would take time (parts had to be ordered and delivered) and be expensive, but once done should result in a good, reliable machine. The repairs happened today and I am looking forward to many more years of reliable service.
