I have a 20 year old dishwasher for which the door wouldn’t stay up on its own, the mechanism that holds it open broke years ago. I bought the parts to repair it but couldn’t pull the dishwasher out. I called Mr Appliance and my call was answered right away, the woman who answered was very friendly and helpful. Got a service call scheduled for Friday but my tech came the NEXT day, Thursday! James had 30 years of appliance service experience and sorted out the problem quickly. He removed the dishwasher and repaired the door with my parts, and put it back in place, tested it, checked for leaks, and was done in about an hour! Overall an excellent experience with scheduling, responsiveness, and the actual repair. Would use Mr Appliance again and highly recommend!

Had a leak in the drain of our Samsung dishwasher. A repairman came out the day I called and came back with the part needed the next working day. Price was reasonable and the part has a year warranty. Repairman was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

My water dispenser stopped working on my refrigerator. We thought at first it was the water inlet valve which was replaced not once but twice and then through further investigation William determined that it was the wire harness that was faulty. He came back a third time and everything works perfectly now. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable and fair even though there was extra trips and extra work involved they didn't charge me extra for that. Would highly recommend!!!!
