Trae was on time. He explained the process, showed me the failed part, then replaced the part and tested the stove. Everything to my satisfaction.
Very professional. Arrived well within the time window, if not a bit earlier.The repairman was very professional and polite. Highly recommend this company and will continue to call if repairs are required on any other appliances
Extremely professional. Got my old appliances up and running. They even overnighted a part from ebay to help me out. Never will I go back to Sears appliance repair.

Knowledgeable, courteous and timely. The only thing I didn’t like was they couldn’t narrow a time window for service until the night before. Was problematic with my work schedule.

Perfect appliance repair experience! Called weekday afternoon, appointment scheduled first thing next morning (2 hour window), technician arrived on time, diagnosed problem and discussed repair vs replace options, had major part available on truck. Ask for Trae!

The rep arrived on time and diagnosed the ice maker as needing to be replaced. Showed me what was wrong and rescheduled his visit for the following week. I asked if he could come in the am as I had a previous appointment in the pm. It was scheduled in the am and he arrived early and replaced the part. And the cost of the diagnostic visit $129 was taken off of the total cost of the job.

Great guys to work with! I had a Samsung dishwasher which was repaired previously but not completely repaired. It is 4 years old so I decided to give another try with Mr. Appliance. The technician came, diagnosed the exact cause to be a leak which was not fixed earlier. He fixed the leak and the motor and all is good now. Fingers crossed, hope it lasts for some time!

Quickly diagnosed the problem and had to order a part that was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Good job very clean, orderly neat and professional made appointment and updates via text and was very efficient.
