Trae is a really kind and knowledgeable person. I found him easy to communicate with and very informative. I only wish more of our repair people were as great as him. Great job!
I have an older Samsung clothes dryer that suddenly stopped drying my clothes. I scheduled a service call online and it was so easy to set it up. I love that option. I received a text the evening before my appointment to provide a 2-hour window. Frank showed up on time and ready to diagnose my issue. He had the heating coil on his truck so no need to order parts. He fixed my dryer in no time and it works like brand new. Thanks to Frank and Mr. Appliance. You are my forever appliance repair service from now on!!!

Our Bosch Convection Microwave Oven stopped working, was throwing the breaker switch and when you went to plug it in, would arc between the prongs on the plug. Bosch gave us a choice and we are so glad we chose Mr. Appliance. The tech, Trea, was knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the problem. I was very impressed.

Very efficient, able to determine issue with my dishwasher that two previous plumbers could not. Ordered part and was back on the day promised to replace leaking part. Would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.

Great company to deal with, friendly, offering prompt, competent service. I have Bosch appliances and I wouldn't have anybody else service them. Frank helped us recently with our washer, and we are very happy with his service. They are also great at communicating with us and letting us know when the technician is on his way. I highly recommend them.
