Chris, the Specialist who performed the appliances inspection at my home was very professional and knowledgeable. He demonstrated high caliber cutting edge knowledgeable about the industry's newest appliances. Thank you Chris for identifying the light bulb malfunction with my Whirlpool microwave. Also the excellent troubleshooting on my refrigerator's icemaker resulting in my possibly savings of hundreds of dollars.

Our technician Chris was very courteous and diagnosed our dryer issue quickly. The quote was reasonable and from arrival to job completion (including a short trip for a part) was about 90 minutes. Excellent service and value.

I called for a repair for my Bosch dishwasher and I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The repair required a part to be ordered and in a day they had the part and repair scheduled. The repairman was very, professional, quick and efficient. All accomplished within an hour. I can highly recommended!

I put a request in at 630pm on a Wednesday night. My washer was fixed Thursday morning. They ARE NOT the cheapest. They are honest, dependable, good service, professional and fast. That doesn't come "cheap" but it's fair.

Professional, Fast, and Efficient! Mr.Shawn was great fixed my problem in 5 mins literally, he spent more time making sure my washer was working properly after he fixed the problem....I will most definitely be using this company again and I highly recommend them!
