Our technician, Lloyd, quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven. He returned promptly after getting replacement part and made the fix, noting a prior repair had been done in a sub-quality manner. He fixed the issue, verified our oven was working again, cleaned up well afterwards. Overall, a good experience. I would not hesitate to have Lloyd return if we have any issues with another appliance in the future.
