When your Tech. called me I didn’t recognize his name so I let the phone ring. He called again & I picked up the phone and said, I don’t want to talk to you. He called back again and said he was from Mr. Appliance. I said why didn’t you tell me! He was a sweet heart.

I was able to get a next day appointment for someone to look at my dryer. Fees and repair costs explained well and were reasonable. Technician (Jeffrey) explained everything and showed us the melted wire. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our technician Lloyd was determined to find an unusual problem with our refrigerator. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had to wait four days for parts shipment but was scheduled next day for installation. Very happy with the whole process and will use in the future for sure.
