Mr. appliance came from Nampa to my home in Mountainhome, Idaho in just a short time looked at the freezer and determined what was wrong with it. He could not get the parts locally so he had to order them and he told me when he would be back and gave me a firm quote. I thought it was very reasonable and was happy to pay him. He was always on time and very friendly and patient. I would welcome him back anytime.

The Technician who came out quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it within an hour of arriving. Plus, from initial call to resolution of the problem only took 3 hours. Amazing! Thank you Vio, and thank you Mr Appliance!
