I have a double oven where the upper oven wasn't heating up and the temperature was fluctuating. Christopher, my tech from Mr. Appliance, came out and discovered a bad heating element. Part was ordered and he came back a few days later to replace element. Both times Christopher was very kind, friendly and he answered all my questions. He even let me ask questions about other appliances and gave some maintenance tips. He had to work pretty hard to get the oven backing back on, but it's all repaired now and put back together.

My wife and I have been customers of Mr. Appliance for more than 12 years now and we have never experienced a problem of any kind! The have always been prompt, professional, courteous and fast in completing any washer, dryer, and refrigerator service. Our dryer drum was making a rubbing noise when the unit was running. Concerned it may be the pads wearing out on a 6 yo dryer, I called the folks at Mr. Appliance. Richard came out and discovered the source of the noise—a button that came off a pair of pants that was stuck in the drum housing. He also spotted and cleared a bunch of lint stuck in dryer exhaust (just past the lint trap) and recommended a lint vacuum tool that’s much better than my handheld vacuum cleaner (it’s on its way), as well as where I should use the tool. Overall, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, easy and professional service, and added peace of mind that I’ll get more years out of my dryer. I’ll recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who asks.

Chris was awesome and professional - fixed the Bosch dishwasher right up! :) Update - alright turns out I had to have them come back several times (not their error) but needed to update my review because if I could put 6 stars I would, Chris and Eric really helped me out, were very pleasant to work with and honestly made the whole horrible predicament tolerable.. thanks guys
