Today I received exceptional customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. My rental company hire them. Firsthand I received a text message with a picture of my technician. When he arrived He had on foot covers a huge plus. He then introduced himself to me his name was Jason R he asked me what was the problem with my washer and dryer combo. I explained it to him and he explained in detail to me about what was going on with it. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. While he had the heavy washer and dryer combo pulled from underneath the sink he noticed I had Money back there, and it was a few bucks not only did he return my money to me but offered to sweep out the little trash before moving the heavy washer and dryer combo back into place. I’m impressed and grateful for the high level of customer service. You can’t get that level of customer service these days. Thank you Jason! Well done Mr. Appliance for hiring such a wonderful and Honest human!

I've had to call Mr. Appliance twice now and both times, I have been very pleased. Both times, my dishwasher has failed. First time, I was advised of the cost for repair and chose to go with a replacement. The Tech was polite and knowledgeable and helped me make sure I knew what to look for in the replacement. Second time, on the NEW dishwasher, the repair costs were within reason and the ability to source parts in a timely manner was phenomenal. Again, the Technician was timely and courteous and helped me understand the issue and what steps to take to prevent it going forward. I hope I never have to call again but should I need to, Mr. Appliance is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.

The repair guy was really nice and even though he did not think he would be able to get the replacement part for a couple of days, I received a phone call about an hour later telling me they were able to get the part and could come back out to fix it that day. Thank you, great job.

I have used Mr. Appliance several times on my aging appliances. They have always been very responsive, polite and new what they were doing. They have saved us several times.

Our washing machine was fixed within 24 hours. The employees were very helpful and cordial!

Arrived as scheduled. Promptly diagnosed the dryer problem and showed me the broken part. Returned (after calling) a day earlier than expected. Brought the correct part and quickly completed the repair and tested the dryer for proper performance. Excellent all around!
