Technician quickly identified the problem with my non-cooling refrigerator, executed a temporary workaround so it would cool, ordered the necessary replacement part, and came the next day to fix it. Thanks Jason.

My dishwasher was not working; Mr. Appliance repair service had my dishwasher working again within 2 1/2 business days from diagnosis to replacing the ordered replacement part. Very kind and professional.

We had an ongoing issue with our Viking stove. Problem is now solved. Tech took his time figuring out and fixing the problem.

I called Mr Appliance and they had a technician out in 2 days. He diagnosed the issue (with fridge) and ordered a circuit board. 2 days later back out to our house and fixed the issue. Excellent response time and service. Thank you! P
