Mr Appliance was quick to send someone out and diagnose the problem with our GE Monogram ice maker. The part needed was ordered and they were back within a week to do the repair. Matt F. Was the technician and he was knowledgeable and skilled in repairing the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to family and friends!

I had an issue with our washing machines spin cycle. It suddenly stopped working, leaving the finished clothes soaking wet. No bueno! Called Mr appliance late Thursday and got an early morning service call for 7:30AM. Matt F. Arrived right on-time, even called about 20 min prior to let me know he’s on the way. He was friendly, and professional. He knew exactly how to navigate my washers diagnostic features, and barely needed the service manual that I didn’t even know was hidden in our washers! Matt explained everything, and quickly fixed my washer and did not leave until letting it run a cycle to make sure he wasn’t called back. A truly professional technician, and a great company providing a great service. Thank you so much!

I called for service they came really fast because it was an emergency. The repairman was very good, pleasant and courteous. They ordered parts and they came pretty fast and came and replaced them quickly. I would highly recommend Mr. APPLIANCE.

If you have a whisperkool Wine cooler that needs repair. These are the only people you should call. They are honest they do not try to oversell their technician really knows the units well and the customer service was exceptional.
