First, it was easy to get an appt. Zach arrived on time. Not only was he friendly and courteous, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the Bosch dishwasher that needed fixing. He offered information about the settings, cleaning the filter and other things that we never heard before. He will be back with the part needed in a few days. I would definitely call on Mr. Appliance again.

My two year old Bosch oven bake burner failed. Following the official service manual, I replaced it with a new one from Amazon (I am mechanical engineer). But timing and glow color (which indicates temperature) was not as the original. Upon recommendation from the dealer I got the oven from, I called Mr. appliance. It was extremely easy and transparent to make an appointment and get a price. A technician came on time to diagnose the problem. He ordered a genuine Bosch igniter. Few days later a second technician came and installed it. Both technicians were professional and expert on Bosch. They are obviously well trained. In addition they were extremely careful and kind. They explained what they were going to do. What they did was 100% according to the official service manual. I would call Mr. Appliance first for any appliance trouble in the future. I would highly recommend it to everyone. In the photo below I included the original and Amazon purchased igniters. They look identical. But they are not.

I had 2 different technicians come to take care of the issue with our dishwasher. One diagnosed the issue and ordered the new part and another came to install the new part a few days later. Both were very polite and professional. I appreciate that the company texted me exactly who was coming -with a picture- and that they called to tell me they were on the way and actually showed up when they said they would.
