The heating element on my Maytag dryer burned out. Dave from Mr. Appliance came out to our home the same day I called for service. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem, was able to overnight the new heating element, and installed it the next day. He was very tidy - vacuumed any residual lint, wore booties over his shoes, and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Dave knew how to do this difficult fridge repair, including working around unexpected obstacles. I'd use them again without hesitation. A little off on arrival time, but who isn't in this business.

They were absolutely amazing! I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone, and everyone. My mom‘s refrigerator was losing temperature I called them at 11 o’clock in the morning and they were at my house by 1:30 that afternoon. And they had the parks In their van which was even more so amazing. Within two hours they had the entire repair completed. They even wiped down and cleaned out the refrigerator/freezer. The repair technicians were over-the-top knowledgeable, professional And pleasant. It was an overall great experience and extremely priced reasonable.
