The technician was awesome. Had a gas smell that other companies couldn’t find and he found it and fixed them We could have had a dangerous situation with the gas but now everything is safe and back to normal A company is only as good as its experienced technicians . Also done for a reasonable price.

My husband and I needed repair work for both our washing machine and a small refrigerator. We called and were able to get a next-day appointment. Dean, the repair person, was timely, gracious, and skillful, giving us just the help we needed. He even taught me how to drain the trap on the washing (at my behest). And he left the areas he worked in spin ''n' span. Consider this a strong recommendation!

I contacted Mr Appliance to fix damages done by another company. Over the course of the repair I had 3 technicians and each of them was very professional and knew their way around my Whirlpool refrigerator. They are great and have found a new customer for all my appliances.

The heating element on my Maytag dryer burned out. Dave from Mr. Appliance came out to our home the same day I called for service. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem, was able to overnight the new heating element, and installed it the next day. He was very tidy - vacuumed any residual lint, wore booties over his shoes, and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
