The technician was very knowledgeable & efficient. They were able to schedule service quickly, obtain parts & have my dryer up & running in just a few days. I'm well pleased.

I had a issue with my Maytag washer, broken lid. Mr. Appliance scheduling was easy to work with. They offered a four window to schedule appt. Texted and emailed the night before to narrow window to two hours. Camrin called when he was 20 min out right in middle of the 2 hour window. He was friendly diagnosed the issue which required a part to be ordered which i had expected. Part arrived within week, scheduled install and done. Camrin did a great job.

Tech said it was probably the hardest hose replacement he ever did. No wiggle room around the stack washer/dryer. After dancing with the machine and breaking a sweat he figured out how to access what he needed, and still had a smile on his face. Very professional. Would absolutely use them again!

Had issues with our 4 year old Maytag refrigerator not cooling. JALEN from Mr. Appliance of Milwaukee came 1 day later. Of course, the fridge mysteriously started working again right before Jalen's visit. He had suggestions for us to check but after he ran codes and checked every inch of the fridge (& our breaker box) he couldn't deceifer what the problem would have been. Before he left we mentioned to him how our 4 year old Maytag dish washer doesn't always draining. He took the time to check that out for us as well. He was professional and very informative as well as friendly. We will definitely call Mr. Appliance again for service!!

Dryer was having issues, I didn’t know who to contact so I looked online and found good reviews from customers on Mr. Appliance. I reached out and promptly received a message back, as well as a quote to have someone come check it out. I was also informed on their policy, which was a pretty good deal and definitely better than buying a brand new dryer. They were very thorough, emailed and texted me who would be coming out (which was amazing cause I knew exactly who to expect) and then the tech Camrin was also super amazing, professional, and courteous. He troubleshooted, got the job done quick, and answered all lingering questions! Could not be happier with their service! 100% recommend and will contact them again with any appliance issues.
