The service tech - Lance was very professional. He took the time to listen to the problem we were experiencing with our washing machine and provided the necessary information and equipment to fix the issue. Appreciate the quick service.

My oven would not preheat above 185 degrees on a Monday evening. I called Tuesday AM, they came out Wednesday morning and fixed it. I hope this fix prolongs the life for another few years!

I was very pleased with the Jared's overall service. He was everything that you would want out of a repair person or someone that was coming into your home. His customer service was exceptional. From initial call through the entire process was nothing short of impeccable. The follow up, full explanation of the process and fair pricing. Jaden was prompt, courteous and wanted to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. I will definitely us them again should the need arise.

I had the opportunity to have my LG fridge serviced by Mr. Appliance-after the initial company may have not been available-they came to the rescue! The initial communication with office staff was professional and she took the time to explain that the diagnostic tests were necessary to ensure that the claim concerns were addressed. On the day of service, the representatives were prompt, professional, courteous and patient. Text message and emails kept me up to date with ETA. They took the time to answer my questions throughout the testing. In addition they explained to me what the error codes was implying and what could have been the cause for it. If I need the fridge serviced again I would definitely call this company! Thank you so much!! Peggy M

We had a belt issue with our LG Dryer, I setup an appointment online which was very easy. I received a text the day prior about my appointment, the repairman was very prompt and professional he explained what the issue was and what the cost for the repair would be. The repair was quick he arrived around 10:00am and was completed around 10:50. Very happy with the results.

We experienced a problem with our kitchen stove and Mr. Appliance of Milwaukee was recommended for repair. They scheduled a repair the following day and sent Jared. He was outstanding, courteous and thorough. I recommend Mr. Appliance without reservation and comment Jared for his professionalism in repairing our appliance.

The technician was very knowledgeable & efficient. They were able to schedule service quickly, obtain parts & have my dryer up & running in just a few days. I'm well pleased.

I had a issue with my Maytag washer, broken lid. Mr. Appliance scheduling was easy to work with. They offered a four window to schedule appt. Texted and emailed the night before to narrow window to two hours. Camrin called when he was 20 min out right in middle of the 2 hour window. He was friendly diagnosed the issue which required a part to be ordered which i had expected. Part arrived within week, scheduled install and done. Camrin did a great job.
