The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Found the problems with the dishwasher and ordered parts. Then came back promptly to repair.

Appointment was confirmed via text and gave a time frame. Technician called, and confirmed I was available. He showed up 15 minutes later. I explained the problem to him and he stated it was probably one of two things and gave a general price range for each issue. Promptly went to work and diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes. Quoted me a price and asked if he should proceed. I said yes and he replaced the faulty part, tested the unit, and cleaned up the work area. Whole process took about 30 minutes. Professional and courteous. Would recommend this company . Thanks Dan B

Had obtained service through Square Trade extended warranty and they assigned Mr Appliance for the work. Service technician John was polite, efficient and informative. Quickly replaced bad drain pump on GE dishwasher.

We recently had a service tech from Mr. Appliance work on our GE stacked washer. Jared was great to work with- he was on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly to resolve the problem, and was just friendly in general. Happy to recommend.

Jaime came to my home the day after I called Mr. Appliance. I had an appointment during the time window given and the tech, Jaime, worked around my schedule on short notice. Jaime diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part on the truck, so he fixed the machine in less than an hour. I am pleased with the entire experience.
