Victor is the man fixed our Miele and Sub Zero - knew what to do very efficiently. More recently Daniel replaced all of our Miele dishwasher racks which were rusting since coating wore off and actually resealed the top rack since they no longer make it.More recently Daniel fixed our built in microwave when GE techs were stumped. These guys are good.

My wine cooler didn’t’ cool any more and it was difficult to find technicians to fix this specific brand. Luckily, I found My Appliance eventually. Scheduling was easy and response was fast. Daniel was able to source the parts and fixed it within days. I was very satisfied.
