Needed to convert my oven/range back to natural gas. As always, Mr. Appliance to the rescue!! These guys provide great customer service at fair prices. I won't use anyone else. Jackson, my tech, was friendly and polite, making sure I was happy with the work. What I especially appreciate is the education that comes with the work. Every tech I've had out explains what they are doing and why. They answer all my questions and make sure I know what to e pect going forward. Great company.

Mr Appliance of Mid Michigan out of Mt Pleasant Michigan did a wonderful job. We are new to the area and had no personal contacts to draw upon. Mr Appliance was our first call and the experience was great. Holly, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable and a great help when I inquired about the company’s services. We had an ice cube maker in our refrigerator that quit working. Jackson did a great job diagnosing, and replacing it with a new ice cube maker. It was completed in a timely, professional manner . Holli was very nice to talk to in setting up our appointment and listening to our concerns. Overall, a great job done.

Highly recommend!!! I had a dryer that doesn’t dry laundry completely. I did a quite a bit DIY “homework” , it still doesn’t seem like to fix the problem. So I called Mr Appliance, got an appointment scheduled right away. The tech came and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts to come back. Second appointment was scheduled right away as well, the tech came back and installed the part; however, the dry still didn’t dry up the laundry. I felt pretty disappointed to call the next day and was told they would sent someone out again to take a look. Anyway, long story short, I was so thrilled to have the owner Rick came back out again after the tech left. He was so patient to listen and explain to all my questions. Eventually, we fixed the dryer. As a small business owner, Rick did try his best to help his customer out which to me is the real customer-centered service there. If you ever happen to have any appliance issues, give them a call, they will get it done right for you. Thank you for the good experience that you provided to me. Keep up the good works.

Called Mr appliance after issues with my oven. They gave me prompt and excellent service. My technician was friendly and professional. I will definitely use their services again if needed.
