I only worked with Mr. Appliance via telephone when our renters reported an issue with our refrigerator not cooling properly. I called to set up a service to have it looked at. They were quick to respond, professional in the home (shoe coverings upon entering), respectful of property, provided a cost for repair and contacted me, the homeowner, regarding the cost and if I would like to approve the repair. The renters and myself all received text messages with arrival time windows for the service call and the repair. Parts arrived quickly and the repair was scheduled around the renters on a day that worked best for them. They said wonderful things about Ryan who completed all the work and I'm happy to know we also receive a one year warranty on the parts.
