Pat showed up and diagnosed the issue right away. It was a broken wire within the wiring harness for our drain plug. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure the washing machine was working properly before he left. He was very friendly and maintained a very clean work space. I would highly recommend this company, as well as, Pat himself. Five stars!

Benny (the technician) was courteous, knowledgeable and also very accommodating to my time constraints. He went above and beyond to provide an estimate to repair my 20 year old sub zero appliances. I called 4 other local companies before contacting Mr Appliance and discovered it is one of only a couple that work on sub zero at this time, which is another plus! Highly recommend.
