I live in South Bend and needed my oven repaired. The explanation and workmanship were thoroughly professional. When I have an appliance break down, I will always be calling Mr. Appliance first to get a good assessment of the situation.

We didn’t know who to call when our Kenmore built in oven had a problem. I looked on line and called Mr. Appliance and they were able to come same day found the problem ordered the part and came back in two days to install the part. Everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend.

From the start on the phone trying to make an appt the lady was very nice and said she would call me back if the guy would come out today and she did within just a few minutes. Joe came out shortly after and was very helpful and nice. He fixed the problem that day! Highly recommend! Thank you and God Bless

We were very please with the overall service. Our appliance tech, Joe was wonderful; he came on the day we epected and we received texts that kept is aware of arrival time. The part for our ice machine, labor and truck trip wasn't overly property. Stop definitely use and recommend this company again! Ask for Joe, he was awesome awesome!

The service guy was very efficient and honest about the charges to fix dishwasher. It was much cheaper than buying a new one.

Mr. Appliance was very easy to work with. They sent a service professional out so fast unlike other businesses who didn’t even answer the phone. Skyler was very professional and very knowledgeable about the issues I was having. So polite. I will definitely call them the next time I need an appliance repair

Refrigerator went out called them next day service and found circuit board out. Ordered a new one and 2 days later fixed!! Very satisfied!
