Have used Mr. Appliance several times and have always been honest with me on the recommended course of action. Both times they recommended replacement instead of repair, which for them was a much smaller sale. I’d recommend them and will use!

Quintin Bratton stopped by today to repair my dishwasher. He was extremely professional, courteous with a great attitude AND on top of that repaired my dish washer in short order due to his years of experience and knowledge. I went with these guys on a hunch and I couldn’t be more satisfied! After the first call to Nicole (who’s smiles over the phone 😉), I got the sense that I’d found an appliance repair team I could trust. After giving Nicole a brief rundown on my problem with a KitchenAid micro/oven wall unit, we set a repair date. Fast forward… Greg, the General Manager, shows up at my door within a minute of scheduled arrival wearing a pair of booties with a laptop in hand and bit of a grin on his face. (you gotta’ love ex-Marines – ooh-rah). To help him help me, I’d already done a bit of online research on part numbers, etc. Surprise! HE ALREADY DONE HIS HOMEWORK and knew exactly what was required to repair my beast of a wall unit. We compared notes and everything went “check, check, check” as if we were completing a cockpit checklist. We quickly assessed the job would require two strong guys to remove the unit. Enter Jeremy!! Within moments, they’d carefully wrangled the unit out of the wall without as much as a scratch to anything. Greg meticulously disassembled the microwave panels using great care to ensure that every screw and panel were laid out in an exact pattern to ensure they’d be reinstalled correctly. Greg’s initial assessment of a magnetron problem was spot on. It was a CLEAN, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL REPAIR. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Greg from Mr.Appliance helped solving the issues we were having on the Samsung dryer. We have 2021 made Samsung dryer(quite new) but it stopped heating in Oct.2024. We contacted and had a different company technician came and “fixed” twice before we finally contacted Mr.Appliance, the right one!! The first of all, Greg is a very very professional and wonderful person by contacting us to let know he is on the way, bring his all the equipments from shoe covers and own shoe mat to the vacuum to clean out dust etc. If you think those are natural things, you will find surprised the most of the business we have dealt with before didn’t have that kind level of quality. As soon as he started diagnosing, Greg quickly asked if someone else was here to try to fix before him. Apparently, Greg found out the technician from the different company didn’t do a good job and caused the issues of heat system failure again within a month after he “fixed”… Thanks to Greg from Mr.Appliance, now our dryer is up and running! How we feel confident this time is all what we saw how Greg communicated and worked to diagnose and solve the issues!! Hard work, professionalism, courtesy, attention to details, seriousness on what he does and more. His character shows his great workmanship! We definitely call the Mr.Appliance for any appliance repairs from now on and certainly recommend anyone who need help solving issues. Greg is a manager and no doubt he trains all other workers well. They dud an excellent job, he was able to fix my microwave. It is a built-in and at this point of custom size, it would’ve been very costly to replace it.this was a quarter of the cost.

We had a problem with our front loading washer. Cameron came out, he was prompt and knowledgeable. He bid the job and gave us a part number. Their pricing is reasonable. Cameron was fast and did great! And I have my washer back! Also the lady who answers the phone is super nice ! We will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!
