I love that they send you a photo of the tech coming out to your house. Our tech was great he was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. I highly recommend this place for repairs.

The repairman, Quinton, showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He completed the repair quickly , and gave lots of helpful advice to maintain my appliance.

Needed a dryer repair. Easy appointment booking and confirmation over text. Cameron was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend and the price was very fair!

Quentin was Awesome, even though our Fridge had compressor failure he recommended buying a new one. Cost of repair much more than new one. Very nice person answering call and quick same day appt.

The Mr. Appliance Technician who diagnosed and repaired our dryer was a consummate professional. At the very beginning of the visit, I was impressed when I saw him put down a mat on my doorstep and then put on booties over his shoes; that is a level of respect for my residence that I had not experienced before and do appreciate. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and obtain the needed parts to correct the problem. Even with today's skyrocketing prices, I feel that the repair cost was quite reasonable. I am appreciative of being referred to Mr. Appliance and I want to pass on that referral to you and give them a high recommendation.

Mr appliance was wonderful! They educated me regarding my dishwasher and were so helpful! Nathaniel was great. He used a doormat and booties to help keep our home clean. We love using them and have always had such a positive experience!

First off scheduling a visit was super easy. We called Monday and had a date and time scheduled for Thursday. We live on a military installation and they didn’t have any problems getting on post, so huge bonus. We were also asked if we wanted to be placed on the cancellation call list. We agreed and that was that. So Tuesday morning we get a call asking if we would be able to have a repair man come out to us that day. Really good timing for us and great follow through on the part of Mr. Appliance. Cameron was our repair man who came to fix our dryer. Right off the bat I knew things were going to be top tier. Before he rang our doorbell he had laid down a mat and put covers on over his work boots. That level of professionalism goes really far and I hope he knows that we really appreciated that extra show of effort. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes, gave me a breakdown of cost and parts, got the go ahead, and got the dryer up and running again. Overall he was here for maybe an hour, probably less. He then told me what I should be looking for on my end to see if there is a clog in the dryer vent, and if there is, knowing that military maintenance isn’t exactly prompt with coming to fix issues, showed me something easy, effective, and not very expensive that I could get to solve that issue on my own. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone and anyone.
