Mr. Appliance did an excellent job repairing my washing machine. My technician was Chris. He was very professional and diagnosed my problem very quickly. They also do an excellent job communicating with you about your appointment. I would highly recommend this company.

The customer agent, I believe his name is Quentin was very courteous was very aware of making sure he did not track or mess up my house showed me what he was doing, talking to me while he was doing working on my washer and gave me information on how to take better care of my washer and just an FYI how to take better care of my dishwasher. He was very courteous and very polite while doing his job. Thank you.

Jeremy arrived in the rain and brought a mat to the door to wipe his feet on. He also wore shoe covers without being asked to! That level of care for my home was impressive! He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained all he was doing to repair our refrigerator. Would highly recommend Mr Appliance.

I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who was able to get our Samsung dryer repair scheduled the very next day. The repairman, Christopher, diagnosed the issue quickly and provided the pricing up front. He had all the necessary parts on hand, explained the problem clearly and fixed the dryer in under an hour. Great service, transparency and communication…and cheaper than buying a new dryer! Definitely recommend.
