We had to wait a week for service, because they are so busy. Which I think is a good thing😉 The serviceman was professional and quick to find the problem. He fixed it and was on his way. We Have used them before and will continue using them.

We had a terrific experience with Mr. Appliance of North Platte. Our technician Joaquinn was polite, thorough, and very helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher.
