Mr. Appliance was the best service that I've ever had on anything i've needed repaired. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Did it in a professional manner? They show app when they say they're gonna be here. Got the work done that needs to be done and clean up before they leave. She made sure that there was anything I needed before she left.. I will say I am very happy Mr.Appliance of North Platte help me with my stove. Joaquin was very polite and attentive when I explain to him what the issue was (oven was not workin). He then took a look at it and fix my stove right away, even though they had to order the part it only took them 5 days to get it done. Thank you for your great service.

Called Mr appliance to fix my upright freezer. They showed up the very next day 4 hours early(after they called to verify it was alright). Unfortunately the part that was needed was no longer available. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We've had the best experience with Mr. Appliance staff on more than one occasion. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best to work with! A new tech was at my house this week for an issue with our washing machine. Her vast knowledge and professionalism was over the top! I recommend her to everyone! Every question I asked she gave the utmost professionalism when answering, she didn't give any indication I was wasting her time. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! Give them a call!
