We've had the best experience with Mr. Appliance staff on more than one occasion. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best to work with! A new tech was at my house this week for an issue with our washing machine. Her vast knowledge and professionalism was over the top! I recommend her to everyone! Every question I asked she gave the utmost professionalism when answering, she didn't give any indication I was wasting her time. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! Give them a call! They will treat you amazing! Thank you Mr. Appliance of North Platte.

Great communication on when someone would be able to come and even a text reminder that they're on their way to my house. Very knowledgeable and professional and explained what the problem was. Wonderful service thank you

We had to wait a week for service, because they are so busy. Which I think is a good thing😉 The serviceman was professional and quick to find the problem. He fixed it and was on his way. We Have used them before and will continue using them.
