Service was great. Technician was wonderful oven was 2 years old and quit working because of factory defect hope to get Maytag to pay for service and parts
Booked on line had a reply the next work day. Arianne, the technician, identified the defect part, let us know the total repair cost and then ordered and replaced the part. Great service with no surprises.
Even though the technician could not repair my appliances he did a very thorough job.
Absolutely recommend this service to everyone. The best service technician I have ever had in my home, super job on time,kind and a joy to have met her.
During both the diagnostic call and the repair call the technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. I will recommend them and ask for them again in the future.

Mr. Appliance was the best service that I've ever had on anything i've needed repaired. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Did it in a professional manner? They show app when they say they're gonna be here. Got the work done that needs to be done and clean up before they leave. She made sure that there was anything I needed before she left.. I will say I am very happy Mr.Appliance of North Platte help me with my stove. Joaquin was very polite and attentive when I explain to him what the issue was (oven was not workin). He then took a look at it and fix my stove right away, even though they had to order the part it only took them 5 days to get it done. Thank you for your great service.
