Don was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair the machine in about an hour, maybe even less. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience with Daniel on two separate appliances in a few months span. Appointments are easy to make online and you don’t have to wait for days or weeks. Daniel was thorough, explained everything, and fixed our refrigerator without to replace any parts! Thanks!

Appliance repair can be one of the most painful things to arrange as a homeowner. I dread any time something goes wrong. But…Mr Appliance in Loveland is awesome! The reps who answer all the calls are fantastic…patient, accommodating, with a great sense of humor (especially Charlie)! Anthony was incredibly thorough, so respectful, detailed in his recommendations, and prompt. Thank you for a great experience!

To my astonishment, this company proved to be exceptionally user-friendly, facilitating the scheduling of an appointment within a remarkably short 48-hour timeframe. My dryer had encountered some malfunctions, and I received a quotation for a diagnostic examination. However, I was quite confident that the repairs would be successful. My husband and I had initially considered paying a higher repair fee than purchasing a new dryer, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. Donald was our technician, and I received a text message from him before his arrival, including a time frame and a picture of him. Additionally, he informed me that he could come earlier if I was available to expedite the inspection. The repairs were completed within less than an hour, and the cost was significantly lower than our initial estimate. I express my sincere gratitude to Donald for his assistance in restoring my dryer to its optimal condition.

We have used Mr. Appliance for every appliance whether it be our home or rental for several years. I asked Anthony if he’s starting to feel like family due to the trips in the last year and a half. We all had a good laugh. He even doesn’t mind when my husband watches or wants to share an experience after. We absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance their prices are very fair and done in timely manner! Love Them!

David the technician was very nice and professional. We fixed the same problem from four years ago. Hoping this defrost sensor will last another four years. This Samsung refrigerator is not rated very well. Likely, we'll being buying a new refrigerator in a few years.
