Overall, this was a good experience. Easy to contact and schedule. Good communications. Arrived on time. Respectful of property. Quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed installation of the new part. I would recommend them, and will use them again. Gotta say, all repair companies are expensive. This service cost $400 to diagnose and install a part that costs $75 at most. I recently replaced a part on my furnace for $85... The quote I received from the HVAC company for that service was $1750!

Justin the tech was amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous and kind. He went above and beyond for us. Also when you call the company, you get to talk to a real person not an automatic message or placer on hold for hours. And everyone who we have had the privilege of talking to knew what was going on and did their best to accommodate in a friendly manner. Not many companies have this level of service and we loved it! Lifelong customers. If we ever need help with any appliance in the future we will be calling them again and asking for Justin!

Scheduling was easy, office staff was very helpful. Miguel was friendly, professional and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. He replaced the damaged parts and reinstalled the dishwasher in no time. The service was pricey, but worth it. Overall, the experience with Mr. Appliance was exceptional.

Replaced the failed part and then tracked down the root cause of the problem and corrected that also I don't think very many other companies would do that!

Tech Daniel was helpful to fix our dryer as a fast at identifying our dryer issue and made sure we saved as much money as possible to fix the issue.
