David the technician was very nice and professional. We fixed the same problem from four years ago. Hoping this defrost sensor will last another four years. This Samsung refrigerator is not rated very well. Likely, we'll being buying a new refrigerator in a few years.

My fridge was making funny noises. Mr Appliance sent a tech who identified the issue, ordered the part and had in intalled in just a few days. Tech was knowledgable and friendly. Great experience!!

Of course, our LG front load washer hasn’t worked for months. The day the guys showed up to diagnose, it turned right on. They said that there is a filter on the top of the washer that is usually the culprit when these things begin to act up. They ordered the part, came back in a week and within a half hour, we’re good as gold! Great communication about when they would arrive and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician was knowledgeable and respectful of our property. They came with their own mat to wipe their feet in and then covered their shoes. Although the technician was a little chatty when it came to the conspiracy theories of the current political climate, which was entertaining, he did a really good job! He also cleaned up after he was finished. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.
