David G was very professional, kind, and courteous. He works quickly and thoroughly. He is one of the best in the business. He repaired our oven, broken handle and broiler. Just recently, David helped us with our freezer door not shutting properly causing ice build up. I stay impressed with te timely response, knowledge about the issues, and not trying to upsell a product.

David knew immediately what the problem was and as soon as he opened the compartment we could see that the coil was bad. He very quickly secured a new coil, went out to get it and promptly returned and fixed the dryer. I was very impressed by his expertise and professionalism.

David, our wonderful, conscientious repair technician helped us out tremendously. Since we have a European brand high end dryer, it was not easy to determine the exact cause of our problem. But he was persistent and after the parts arrived he replaced the the faulty parts with the new ones and it wasn’t easy, but he got the job done. We are very pleased.

This was the 2nd time we have used Mr. Appliance. The first was for our oven and this time for our ice maker. This Appliance repair business was amazing from start to finish!! The office people were super friendly, kind and professional. The appt. was same day. The pricing was VERY reasonable and competitive. The tech was timely, friendly, answered all questions clearly and got right to the repair. Our Frigidaire was repaired and he cleaned up a very small dust pile from his work. I would highly recommend this business. Excellent and above and beyond. So hard to find good, reputable and professional work nowadays, combined with friendliness, etc. Can’t be beat. 10 of 10 for sure😊
