Circuit board on my built-in microwave went out. I called a couple of appliance repair places and no one seemed to know what to do about it. I found Mr. Appliance doing a Google search. They immediately identified the problem, ordered the part and had it repaired in just a few days. They even sent a second person to help remove the microwave from the cabinets and re-install it but didn't charge me extra. Microwave works like new. Great, friendly service. Good communication, punctual. Highly recommend.

Our new oven’s circuit board blew. Bosch referred us to Mr Appliance of Northern Virginia for the repair. It turned out to be warranty work. Our technician, Hamed, was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and fixed it within 3 days. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Hamed was very professional and helpful. Throughout the process, Mr Appliance communicated with us each step along the way. I would highly recommend them.

We had a refrigerator water line issue not creating ice and no water from the dispenser in the door. Our service guy Joshua was great. It took a few trips and attempts to fix, but each attempt brought the fix closer. And the policy of Mr. Appliance is yo honor their original quote, so we only paid for extra parts as needed, but the bottom line is we now have water and ice —clear ice. A sign that things were going downhill was probably the ice with a few black specks that we noticed before engaging the service. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend Mr. Appliance!
