Muhammed is a superb technician and diagnostician! He expertly determined the items that failed on my Bosch dishwasher and then methodically replaced and then tested them one by one, until everything passed the final diagnostic test and actual run test. I am so happy for how he approached and solved my problems - will definitely ask for him again, if I have a dishwasher problem in the future.

Scheduling is great— lots of great communication. Joshua is the best service person from this company we have ever had. I want him to come to the house always—super smart— friendly—helpful with LOADS of common sense and helpful advice to keep our sub-zero appliances in tip top condition!

The Mr. appliance Team repaired our stove and was very open and transparent about the cost and the timing. The technician they sent out was professional, polite, and efficient. These guys get our top recommendation and we will certainly use them again if needed.

I had trouble with the door of my Bosch dishwasher since it was installed, incorrectly, by another company. Hamed from Mr. Appliance of Northern Virginia quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great to find capable, timely service.

Abdul was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Having appliances repaired is expensive but at least this company has the knowledge to do it properly!! Will use them again. They fixed a sub zero ice maker and a Bosch dishwasher for us.
