Arrived very quickly. Turned it on, heard the sound and proclaimed this is what it is. Told me what the price would be, fixed it in about half hour. Put a new exhaust hose on and replaced all four bearing wheels no just the one that was screwed up. Runs quietly and works excellently now!! Was even cheaper than he estimated to begin with. So, went above and beyond replaced more than what was broken to make sure it was all good and new and only charged me for the kit. So, affordable, fast and back to brand new!! Call these folks first! They were available the hour I called while the other folks I called wanted to make an apt damn near a week later.

Our technician Paul was just wonderful. He was sweet with my elderly father. He gave us pointers, explained everything to us, was fast and courtesy of our place. Seriously! Technician Kelbe serviced our GE freezer quickly and effectively. The company was courteous and they let us know when service provider would arrive. All follow-up was professional and timely. I would use this company again.

Every time Mr. Appliance has taken care of us (several times due to the engineering of LG refrigerators - if you know you know) they've been prompt, always had clear communication regarding when the technician would arrive and left me with an understanding of what costs would be before any work proceeded. I'll continue to call on them in the future.

I just had the main board repaired on our GE washer by Denis. The whole process was diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned up in less than 2 hours, including time to retrieve the parts. Denis was GREAT! I recommend him and Mr. Appliance.
