Every time Mr. Appliance has taken care of us (several times due to the engineering of LG refrigerators - if you know you know) they've been prompt, always had clear communication regarding when the technician would arrive and left me with an understanding of what costs would be before any work proceeded. I'll continue to call on them in the future.

I just had the main board repaired on our GE washer by Denis. The whole process was diagnosed, repaired, and cleaned up in less than 2 hours, including time to retrieve the parts. Denis was GREAT! I recommend him and Mr. Appliance.

The team is super helpful and tidy. The have a door Matt Thye have and the front of your house, they wear protective booty once they enter your house, they took the time to walk through every detail, and then asked if I had equations. They have a 1 year warranty on their work. So off you need someone to get the job done right and fast give these guys a ring!

I was very satisfied with Mr. Appliance. Called and got same day appointment. Probably only waited one hour. Technician was informative and knowledgeable on the appliance. Kenmore washer was fixed in a timely manner. It was a bit pricey but the work needed to be done. I would recommend.

Mr Appliance was very prompt, very nice and courteous and thoughtful of our home, and our time. I love that I was notified the day before he came as to approximate time of arrival (in a 2 hour slot) with a name and photo. I was also called the day of and given a heads up that he was on his way.
