The service was very prompt. The customer service representatives did a very good job. Kelbe arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated that he was honest that only the incoming drain on the dishwasher was loose causing a drip and the grate covering the fan in the convection oven needed to be bent out. He could have lied and charged me more for unnecessary parts which he did not do. Mr Appliance is my go-to company when I need an appliance repair.
