Our Bosch fridge broke on us and even though we had to get the replacement parts shipped overnight from different authorized service provider, Mr Appliance NYC sent a tech out the day after we got the parts. The earliest a bosch tech could come out was in a week and a half.. We received our service window the day before with a picture of the tech who was coming into our home. Marcus came by within the service window and quickly went to work on fixing fridge. He knew what to do right away despite not being the one to diagnose the problem. Had the fridge working again asap.
