The office clearly and quickly responded to my service request. The technician Haymant assessed my problem and quickly repaired my dishwasher. He was efficient and clearly explained the problem and solution to me. I will use them next time that I have an appliance problem.

Avi and his co-worker were professional, thoughtful, capable and delightful. They vacuumed the kitchen! They wore shoe covers! They made sure the drier worked again before they left. The booking and administrative support were also excellent.

I recently bought an apartment in NYC. My Liebherr refrigerator/ freezer was having issues. I contacted the highest rated appliance service companies from my Google search and was turned away. I contacted Mr. Appliance and discovered that they had previously serviced my apartment and knew my Liebherr model. They promptly sent a tech who quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and three days later returned for the service. Problem solved, fast and polite service and a reasonable price. All in all 5 STARS!
