Mr. Appliance is a great resource if you are having a problem with any appliance. I have used them twice and both times the repairman have been knowledgable and they fixed my issue. I like the timely way I am able to get on the schedule. I also like that they will schedule an appointment with a 2 hour window and not all day like the cable guy. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

Our tech arrived early to complete the refrigerator repair. He double checked the refrigerator and even showed me how to remove a tricky shelf for cleaning.

Mr. Appliance posted in a fb community group saying they had immediate openings and I followed the link to book an appointment the very next day with ease. Micah called to ask a few clarifying questions and things were set. I really liked the text reminder with a photo of the repair expert. Unfortunately, my ice maker did not respond to the reset so I needed to have Rey out a second time to replace the ice maker. He was polite, efficient and organized. After 8 years of no ice, I was excited. Communication was clear - price was more than fair - and I have ICE!

Came promptly. Fixed a refrigerator that was making awful noise. Very competent and friendly. Hopefully my appliances won’t need them again. But if they do I would call Mr.Appliance again
