Fast response to my first call and regular updates through the process. The technician was clearly an expert in refrigerator repair, even though my Liebherr is not among the common US brands. He diagnosed the problem correctly and installed the part as soon as it arrived. Refrigerator is running like new again. He reinstalled my refrigerator into the built-in cabinet and left my kitchen in the same clean condition before his work. Highly recommend.

We had several issues with our 9 year old gas range. Each of the issues were dealt with in a professional many and because of a malfunctioning control board the owner personally delivered a new one to our house so that the repairman could come directly to our address thereby saving another day with our an oven. Our refrigerator broke in the heat of summer (in July). Fearing I would lose all our food, we called Mr. Appliance. Luckily, we had it fully repaired the very next day. The tech was incredibly clean and careful with our belongings. He even let me clean the fridge parts before assembling it all back together. We were incredibly happy with the owner's due diligence.
