Fast response to my first call and regular updates through the process. The technician was clearly an expert in refrigerator repair, even though my Liebherr is not among the common US brands. He diagnosed the problem correctly and installed the part as soon as it arrived. Refrigerator is running like new again. He reinstalled my refrigerator into the built-in cabinet and left my kitchen in the same clean condition before his work. Highly recommend.
