Mike showed up as scheduled to hook up our Speed Queen gas dryer (thereby hangs another story completely), presented his card at the door, and was back out, done, in 30 minutes, leaving the area where he worked very tidy. One of many things I appreciated is that I received a text ahead of time with a two hour window when they'd arrive AND a photo of the technician who was coming. VERY nice. I think the prices are a bit stiff, but in the bigger picture, probably worth it. I'll call them again, and so should you!
Everything went smoothly from the initial call to getting my dishwasher fixed. Communication and flexibility was excellent. The technicians were helpful. Thank you!

Mr. Appliance sent a well trained repairman to fix our range after the oven heating element shorted out. He was thorough in making sure the electrical elements in the range worked safely in repairing the unit. He was clear about what he was doing. Now our hard to replace range is working fine again

The technician was friendly and was able to repair the dryer in timely manner. He cleaned up after himself. It took less than an hour to accomplish everything.
