Wry reliable

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Appliance. Our ice maker broke in our fridge a couple of years ago, and we called out numerous repairmen who all "diagnosed" the problem, with costly parts, and it remained broken. Someone suggested Mr. Appliance. They came out, figured out the problem immediately, ordered the part, and I had working ice within a week. So when my oven stopped working, I immediately reached out to Mr. Appliance. First of all, IT WAS SO EASY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I was able to do it online, chose which day and what time slot! As promised, I got a call from Adam giving me a heads up he was on his way. When Adam arrived, he was pleasant and friendly and immediately knew what the problem was. He had the part, fixed it, and was done, all within the hour, probably less. I would give this review 10 stars if I could!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Appliance of Owings Mill. Our Smart Samsung Refrigerator wasn't cooling anymore, our technician Mr DARNELL was polite, thorough, and neat. He diagnosed the issue with our fridge and freezer very quickly and was able to fix the problem. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professional ethics of Mr DARNELL knowledgeable and competent. He was meticulous in cleaning up after the job was complete. Our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly- was able to get to the cause of the issue and take care of it straight away. We had a crazy storm hit and he still managed to make it to us. Thanks for your help!

Darnell was terrific. He was friendly, answered all my questions. The problem was quickly identified and Darnell was able to fix my oven.

I am so pleased with Mr Appliance of Owings Mill. I had a noisy dishwasher and nobody could fix it because it was Fisher Paykel but Darnell Whitt knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. Great service!
