They place customer service and convenience as well an expert service as their top priorities . Our dryer stopped working. Called them for an appointment and they were very upfront about the service call charges and how their billing worked. Devon was very professional and personable while diagnosing the problem and cleaned up after Unfortunately, they did not have the replacement part in stock which required a return visit in a few days. The part arrived early and they replaced promptly, even though they were unable to bill immediately. Will definitely use then again when the need arises.

Rich, at Mr. Appliance performed an excellent repair job on my GE Profile dishwasher. He replaced computer boards and a wire harness. He was pleasant and patient. Especially when a particular GE part was shipped 'defective' to his company, he made sure to let GE know about it, AND got the proper part to complete the job successfully.
