We were able to get an appointment quickly for an estimate. A part needed to be ordered but was ready the next day. They worked with our schedule and did a great job repairing & explaining.

Tim was so great! He correctly diagnosed the issue with our JennAir oven and was back within a few days to complete the repair. He also encouraged my kids to respect their parents while he was here😃 So kind and friendly. Great communication and very transparent charging for services. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again in the future! I am not being paid for this review😊

The technician done a great job. He knew what part he needed to fix my oven. What’s great is he had the part with him, didn’t have to go back to the company for the part. I recommend this company to anyone that need their appliances fixed.

Service repair man was very good And explained everything very well. The job seemed a little expensive but I’ve not needed a repair man for a long time so I’m not sure what the going rate is for a house call . The schedulers who called me to set up the repair time said 1 o’clock. Around three I called the main office to ask if the repair man was still coming and she said he was on his way. She said my time was 3 to 5.. There was a mixup evidently when I was told 1 o’clock originally, even though my time frame was really 3 to 5 o’clock evidently . I’m retired so it didn’t matter, but for someone who works that could have posed a problem. The schedulers need to be sure about the timeframe and actually give a timeframe instead of saying a specific time like 1 o’clock like I was led to believe .

My microwave quit working. They were out quickly and got the part quickly. The service person was professional
