Tried Mr. Appliance for the first time to help me with my oven. My service professional, Andrew, arrived early on during my designated time slot, quickly recognized that both igniters in my oven were the cause of my trouble and then had them both changed out very quickly and at what I felt was a great price. Andrew kept his work space clean and was very friendly and personable during his entire visit. Will definitely be using Mr. Appliance again when the need arises and would gladly recommend them to friends and family!

Made an appointment for 4 days out. Called next day with an opening. The man who arrived was very nice. Had to order a part. Said 3-5 days. Got there fast and came the next day to install. First time using them and was very impressed

The total experience from inspection to installation was A+. Andrew came in got straight to work figuring out the oven problem immediately. For installation same thing came in got set up and was done within like 45mins or less. He was presentable, knowledgeable, quick and was on time with calls and arrival times. Definitely recommend

Making the appointment was easy and fast. Zach Lakey (service technician) showed up on time and was very courteous, respectful in keeping our house clean, professional, and very knowledgable about appliances. He was able to repair the old refrigerator quickly and instruct me on how to maintain it. I couldn't be more pleased with the Mr. Appliance service.
