Very timely and efficient. Did great work.
The door of my dishwasher was malfunctioning. I called Mr. Appliance, and they promptly sent a fine repairman named Andrew. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary repair parts. A few short days later, Andrew came back and fixed the problem. Andrew was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. The whole experience was top notch!
Josh was a great repair man. It took a week to get my part but he was very prompt Getting it fixed after it came in. Vicky in the office was very very nice to speak with on the telephone and my whole experience with Mr. appliance was a good one

They were prompt in diagnosis, getting the part, and returning to complete the repair. Customer service and technicians were all friendly and professional. Will call them for any future repairs.
Responsive, service is very good. The gentleman that does the scheduling is awesome. He is polite, friendly and very efficient. Great representation of the company.
