The repairman called in advance to inform me of his arrival time and was promptly on time. He located the problem with the washer and had it repaired within 45 minutes. Plus he explained how I could avoid this from reoccurring. He put boot covers on before coming into my home and left with everything tidy and back in place which I greatly appreciate.
