Mr Appliance was able to come out the day after I called. Eric, the tech, correctly diagnosed my Wolf oven’s problem. He even went so far as recommending I contact Wolf to see if they would warranty the part, since my oven was less than 7 years old. It turned out that they did and I saved a lot of money.

Needed to fix my washer same day. They were able to get there in less than 2 hours and had the washer back up and running 40 min later. Was very happy. Tech Erick was very professional, hard working, went above and beyond to ensure issue was fixed properly. Would recommend using them and asking for Erick if possible.

Outstanding and responsive. Had an issue with our wiring for our built in oven. They were available to come same day. Arrived on time, professional and clean job in our kitchen. They quickly discovered issue was a wiring problem and nothing was wrong with the oven. Their input allows us to have an electrician repair the stove that same day. While they had to charge the diagnostic fee they didn’t add other costs or troubleshoot in some other ways around the actual problem. Honest and through workmanship is not a given these days but was the absolute experience we had with Mr. Appliance. We will use them 100% in the future.

The kegerator in our outdoor kitchen wasn’t working & this was the only place that could track down the parts needed. Jordon came out twice - once to determine the exact parts needed & then came back to fix it. He was very professional. Not only did the part come in a couple weeks early, but he also fixed the door to our outdoor refrigerator. I highly recommend this company, they were great!
