I was pleasantly surprised when I called to make an appointment for service to repair my washing machine. I was able to get a service call within 1 day of calling. The gentleman was extremely conscientious and was able to complete the service within 2 hours. I will definitely use Mr Appliance Services again, should the need arise .

Very friendly phone staff as well as repair personnel. They definitely try and get you seen as quickly as possible. I have used them on several different appliances and their quotes are usually very accurate. I recently had to have a burner on a Thermador cooktop and the water and ice fixed on a kenmore Refrigerator. Actually came in under estimate because one part they ordered wasn’t necessary. They are great about time efficiency. Would highly recommend their services!
