Prompt and professional. My stove needed a new part. Ordered and returned with the part within 2 days. Fixed the stove and all went well. Will definitely use again!

The communication was good called to schedule and kept up to date where the tech was. Work was done correctly no mess left behind. I would recommend them for your appliance repairs.

I am very happy with how Jared showed up in the window given and was able to find the problem and was able to fix it quickly, no muss, no fuss. Jared is very polite and explains everything he's doing. This company waves the service call fee if you have them do the repair job after trouble-shooting what the problem is. Yes, I was very satisfied.

Jared was Amazing!! I’ve done lots of home calls, and Jared was one of the most amazing dudes, on-time, reliable, personable, and awesome. He explained everything in detail and I felt totally secure with him entering my premises. He’s friendly and cool, and I would totally use Mr. appliance again. If you’re reading this, and unsure, I promise you it’s a great company, and make sure you ask for Jared!

I was so worried about the door of my very expensive dishwasher that was recently installed (by the delivery company) because the door squeaked after tge other co.'s installed was rough with it. Jared was so great, competent and super nice, and checked everything else out also. They are great! Mr. Appliance is very competent and I highly recommend them!

Mr Appliance came to my rescue when my freezer stopped making ice just before having out of town guests arrive for several days. They were quick to schedule and arrived on time. Their tech, Jared, was friendly and personable and got the job done for a very reasonable price! I will be referring them to all of my friends and highly recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repair!
