Great service! Easy to make an appointment, friendly person answering the phone. They sent a photo of the technician who'd be coming to my house. When he and his assistant arrived, they laid down mats and put on protective booties. They were not only polite and efficient, but genuinely friendly. They fixed my older Bosch dryer in short order and for a fair price. If you have to cope with appliance repair, Mr. Appliance makes the process great.

Michael from Mr. Appliance of Portland was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and fast. He anticipated the problem with our oven and proactively brought the part that could be needed to repair the problem. This meant the repair could be done with one visit, rather than two. The repair itself was quick, and we are happy to have our Whirlpool oven working again. I’ve used Mr. Appliance several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Mr Appliance gave us a 2 hour window the day before and texted when they were in the way. No time wasted on our end. Service was done professionally and Ron was both polite and knowledgeable

Mr. Appliance was able to come out, identify the issue, and fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They were very nice and personable as well, and gave me good tips to hopefully avoid future similar issues.
