Heating element fried on our ten year old Maytag dryer. Eli arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He cleaned the lint out in the dryer and ordered the correct part and returned a week later (today) right on time and completed the repair in minutes. My wife is happy to have her dryer back. I’m happy the repair went well and was affordable without any hiccups. These guys are great and very professional. It was a great repair.

My freezer was leaking so I searched online to find a reputable repair Company. Mr. Appliance had a lot of great reviews so I looked at their website. It was super easy to book an appointment online. I set it up for the following morning and received a call by 8am confirming what time they would arrive that day. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable and he explained how the freezer defrosting system worked and why it was leaking. It didn't take him long at all to fix the issue. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My experience with Mr. Appliance has been excellent. I recently had an issue while cleaning our ice maker. Making the appointment was efficient and they scheduled my service appointment for the next day. Ron arrived within the window of time I was given. He was professional and helpful with my concern. Will definitely call Mr. Appliance if/when have an issue with an appliance in the future.

Our technician Michael was friendly, professional and thorough. He diagnosed the issue, showed me the inside of our dryer and explained to me what had occurred. He then gave me a cost to fix it. We agreed upon the price and fortunately he had the part he needed to fix it in his car. He cleaned the inside of the dryer completely before he installed the new part, then tested it. I was very impressed by his demeanor and skill. We would use him again.

Michael from Mr. appliance expertly fixed my dishwasher. It only took two days to get an appointment and Michael was here on time and patiently fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend!!!!

We had a leaking fridge. Called Mr. Appliance and 3 days later someone was over to fix it. They were kind and skilled. Total was $240 for 90 minutes of work. No more leaking fridge!
