Cole was at our house in the time frame we had been given. After evaluating the problem of why our fridge wasn't working he explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to order the part, but he explained when it would get to him and when he would be back. Again, he was on time and fixed the fridge quickly. He was very polite, open and honest.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and talked us through not only what the problem and solution were but how to avoid it in the future. There may be more inexpensive options but I will happily use them again for the ease and high class service.

Had a great experience with them related to a dryer that was not working properly. I called in a Saturday and their technicians were able to come first thing Monday morning. They explained everything is clear and transparent terms, diagnosed the problem, reassured us that it was a common problem and that the fix would last a long time. They had the replacement parts with them and had it fixed and tested within a short time. Very happy with the service.
