Mr. Appliance saved the day. There is never a convenient time for an appliance to die, so getting back up and running quickly was enormous. The operator asked great questions to ensure the on-site tech would have the required parts. The next morning the tech who arrived (Hiram) was able to both fix the problem and explain why we were having issues. He was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Highly recommend
They were prompt in responding to my original outreach, as well as to the necessary repairs to my refrigerator issues!
I called on a Tuesday for help with an appliance that was not working and the service provider came on a Wednesday as was scheduled. I really appreciate their timeliness thank you

Had a 3 year old LG refridgerator stopped working. Mr. Appliance determined that it was mostly still under warranty and fixed within a few days with minimal expense. Highly Recommend
