When my dishwasher broke, I called Mr. Appliance. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. When I okayed what they planned to do, they ordered the replacement parts and repaired my dishwasher in a timely fashion. Derrick was super knowledgeable and very polite. I am very relieved I chose them, because it’s like I have a brand new dishwasher now! I totally recommend Mr.Appliance!

Of all the appliance repair services I have used these guys are the BEST. They are prompt, call you on their way and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have never had the owner show up for a service call, which warrants a huge shout out to Jim! He diagnosed the problem without even taking the machine apart. Mr. Appliance was very responsive and their tech Fernando was top notch. Part came in fairly quickly and he was back to replace and get my dishwasher working again. He was so neat and paid great attention to detail. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again for any appliance repairs.
