We had a problem with our LG washing machine, and I would like to say that Mr Appliance took care of it for us. It was a pleasure dealing with the technician Derek and he was able to get us up and running. He was very helpful, explained everything and even had helpful hints and suggestions for us. I would definitely recommend!
Great service. Fixed my LG drier very quickly and service call was less than other estimates.
Repair person was outstanding. Took time to explain the appliance because LG does a poor job of that. He was really knowledgeable.

Derek came on time, sent me a text when 20 mins out, was lovely, polite and really great at his work. Sorted out all my issues and taught me how to use features of my washer I hadn’t been aware of. Definitely recommend!
