If I could give more stars, I would! This is my second time using Mr. Appliance, and once again, the customer service and technicians were outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience fixing my washer. Especially with four family members relying on it daily! The pricing was reasonable, and the one-year warranty on repairs is a huge bonus. Thank you for your time and professionalism, Mr. Appliance. I’m sure I’ll be calling you again soon!

Jack and John were very personable. They took their time to problem solve my concerns and get to the bottom of our issue. I was satisfied with the outcome even though it wasn’t in the washing machines favor. They were honest with their recommendations. I would recommend them and will reach out if I have any other appliance concerns.

Jack was an excellent representative for Mr. Appliance. Very personable and efficient. However. I thought the cost was abhorrent.

Had an issue with our freezer not maintaining temperature. Fortunately, customer service was able to get us on the schedule the same day to have the freezer evaluated. The part was ordered and the technician came back a few days later to install. On both visits to our home, the technicians were polite, respectful of our home by putting booties on, and quick! Each visit lasted no more than one-half hour, which allowed me to get back to my day. I also received text alerts when they were on their way, which I liked. Hopefully, we won't need their services again, but if we do, I know where to call!

Fast, honest work at a fair price. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Very detailed oriented. Replacement part came one day early and Jack came to my house within an hour. Definitely will use them again,hopefully not too soon.

The experience we had was extremely positive. Jack was very friendly and professional. Our range repair was smooth despite the burner switches being discontinued by Maytag. You guys were able to find another on eBay. It was very much appreciated. If we need something else repaired we'll call you first!

He came to our home and quickly got to work and gave me the bad news about the compressor and relay switches untimely death. The frig was not even 3 years old. I appreciated his help very much.

Our very nice repairman, Jack, helped us out by creating a work-around for our washing machine rubber door gauge. Otherwise, it would have been over $700! Ended up paying $200. Great folks!

The repairman was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to repair our dishwasher and informed us not to us dishwasher cleaning tabs and why. Good info. Would cal them again if I need an appliance repair.
