Our Bosch refrigerator stopped cooling and Mr Appliance got it working again with a new compressor. Three months later it was on the blink again. Mr Appliance honored their year warranty on repairing the refrigerator once again even though the repair appeared unrelated to the original repair. They also fit me in on their schedule even though they were already swamped with work. It is a good company that honors its commitments. The techs are professional, clean and trustworthy. They do good work!

Timely repair of my Whirlpool washer. I thought I needed a new washer, but repairman Donte Childs quickly diagnosed a bad timer and advised keeping the old washer because of its superior build. Part was ordered and installed today. Only the weekend prevented a quicker resolution. Highly recommended.
