Their serviceman, “Andy” showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and found the defective part on our Maytag washer. He found out that the part was not available from the manufacturer unless special ordered for $500 with no delivery date. He gave me the part number and I found it on EBay for $160.00 with a 1 year guarantee. It’s easy to replace and I can do it in 5 minutes. Mr. Appliance and their serviceman “Andy” have won my total trust and respect. I recommend them unconditionally!

Mr. Appliance was great from start to finish. They sent someone over the same day I called them for our refrigerator and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and they came back days later when it came in and within an hour my refrigerator is back to working. He gave us lots of information on our refrigerator and suggestions to keep it working as it should. Very nice technician and cleaned up where he was working. I couldn’t be happier! The tech, Jonathan, that repaired my dryer was awesome. He came out when he was due to be here, assessed the problem, and explained the needed repair and the cost. The next day he came with parts in-hand and repaired our dryer. Dryer works great!
