my dishwasher main motor went out and mr appliance sent over an awesome technician who quickly diagnosed the problem. unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand so i had to wait about a week but after the part arrived my dishwasher was promptly fixed and has functioned great since.

Mr. Appliance was the only company I could find to work on a residential refrigerator in a motorhome. Tech came out and identified the issue, provided a quote and ordered the part. Came back about a week later to install the part. The whole process was flawless. Tech was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and overall wonderful to work with. Highly highly recommend. Appreciated the texts indicating tech way on the way well within the two hour window provided. Overall, great experience.

Damien came out to fix my microwave. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it quickly. He was totally professional and had all necessary parts and tools to resolve an uncommon problem. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance.
