Mr Appliance has been great! They fixed our refrigerator last year after another company (no longer in business) tried to fix it. Recently they fixed our oven. They are prompt, communicative, knowledgeable and polite. I will absolutely call them when we have any other appliance issues.

I want to start off be saying that Sebastian is an amazing person. He was a very personable young man and very understanding and ready to help out with my appliance needs. He saw the project through from start to finish and explained every part of his findings and fixing my problem through and through. I wish him the best on his path and hope the best for him. Mr. Appliance helped repair an oven that had a faulty sensor. The part (and the oven) had been out of production for years, but we were unsure if the new sensor (different part number) would work. We explained the issue, and they said "we'll give it shot" and if it doesn't work, we'll only charge you for the diagnostic fee. The alternatives were all really pricey (cutting granite to fit a new oven, etc). Turns out, the repair worked so they helped keep a multi-decade old oven alive and saved us a bunch of money.

I had a squeaky dryer and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to fix the problem in no time. Also had an ice maker that wasn’t working and they got it working again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s in the need for appliance repair.
