Great service. Technician found and repaired our problem quick. No more YouTube for me!

We were very happy with the service provided. The technician’s arrival time was a 2 hour window, perfectly acceptable in that industry and we were notified when he was on his way. The parts he ordered came in early, so we were able to get the repair completed ahead of schedule. He was polite, appropriately dressed, and very competent. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher - bought locally, as they supposedly had a service team. Later learned not really the case, these guys were recommended. So far, they did what they said they would, showed up when they said they would. I can’t complain, they exceeded my past experiences with other companies. They will be my go to repair company, going forward.

Great place. Our microwave stopped working and the parts came in the next day. The tech, Kelsey, knew how important the micro is to us and he stayed late to get it fixed. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance

This is the second time that we have used Mr. Appliance and both times were 5 Star. This time we had a very serious problem with our refrig and were afraid that this one had bitten the dust. Damion came out and examined the situation and provided us with a proposal. They said they would be at our house the following Wed between 10:30 and 12:30. They showed up on time with all of the necessary equipment. A couple of hours later they said "we have good news for you, the problem turns out to be not near as big as they originally thought. They ended up giving us a refund. When we have another appliance problem, Mr. Appliance will be on our speed dial.

Mr. Appliance helps out at Molly Maid of Reno Sparks regularly and they are the best! They are prompt and give us a quick diagnosis and repair so we can remain up and running with our 2 washers and 3 dryers! Can't say enough great things about them and they are stand up people I am happy to know! Thanks, Mr. Appliance! You ROCK!

The appliance technicians arrived at the precise time of the appointment and did a very thorough job of checking out the problematic dryer, finding the trouble with it. They were efficient and professional, and we plan to call on Mr. Appliance again when needed.

Came out last week to check and issue with my washing machine, was very happy as Kelsey came out within about an hour. Unfortunately, it still had issues so I'm waiting on a part. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow and I can get the issue fixed so I don't have to wait until next week due to my work schedule. But they are professional and fast.

Tech was early, finished quickly, and even had to go get a part. Now i know the economy sucks right now, but i thought 400 bucks was steep just for a heating element.

We needed help with our range hood and Mr. Appliance saved the day! Still fairly new to the area I tried two or three other companies first and they told me they couldn’t help but Mr. Appliance did a great job in great time and for a very reasonable price.
