This is my second service experience in 90 days, and both times exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, on time, very professional. They send a pic of the service tech prior to arrival so you know who to expect at your door. Billing process is transparent, efficient and uses encrypted text message with your digital signature for secure transaction. Mr. Appliance has my highest endorsement. Use them without any concerns. I have decided to use them exclusively on all my rental units (45) in Wharton County.
