Washer was leaking from the back. Quickly found the issue, ordered the part and at it installed a few days later! Even took some extra time to clean a belt that was slipping!

Pablo was very knowledgeable about the machine and quickly repaired the machine once the parts were received. I was disappointed that the parts were not expedited by the company so that we were delayed in getting the machine repaired.

Yay, my machine is working! Alberto and Sam, the technicians, were very professional and fast. The whole company was a pleasure to work with -I really appreciated the text messages and the picture of the technician that would be coming so that I could recognize them. Samuel was extremely helpful, his advice focused on saving us money and was to the point. He also gave very helpful tips on dishwashers outside of the service. Definitely would recommend!
