Scheduling online was easy and we had a repair tech here in less than 48 hours even though it wasn’t an emergency. I did some research about pricing and repairs before the visit. Stephen was on time, respectful of property and fixed our dryer quickly and at a reasonable price. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant with a great professional attitude.

We called the office, and we got an appointment within a day. The technician (Chris) showed up on time, and was knowledgeable about the product. He told us that this is a common problem with well water. He did need to come back a couple days later to install the new part. We’re happy to have a professional company that we can rely on!

Would highly recommend. Frustrated our gas oven wouldn’t heat up after doing basic troubleshooting, I booked a service appointment online with Mr Appliance of Richmond. The tech came out the next day and received the part we needed the same day so he was able to come out the next morning to install. He was quick, polite, knowledgeable, and arrived in the beginning of our appointment window both days, which rarely happens for me. Great service, on time, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
