The problem was quickly diagnosed and the part ordered. Once the part arrived, he came to disassemble, install and reassemble the unit. Our GE now sounds like it should and fixed.

We were having issues with our oven heating unevenly and the dishwasher stopped working over the weekend. Stephen was the Tech that came out and was able to diagnose both issues and explain clearly what the issues were. He was very prompt and courteous and thoughtful enough to slide covers over his boots because they were wet from the rain. This is our third experience using Mr. Appliance and we've been very satisfied each and every time.
