The team was in contact. With me on arrival times and texts on the Teck that will Show up . Jarod was very professional and knowledgeable of my concerns of our stove and parts needed for the gas oven stove to be repaired parts available in few days. Kyle from “Mr. Appliance” of Richmond, VA was dispatched to look at our Samsung front-loading washer. The problem? Immediately after adding bleach and/or fabric softener to their places in the pull-out dispenser drawer, the liquids would immediately dispense into the void below. And then a mess would occur! I could not prevent the liquids from waiting until the washing machine pulled then at the proper time into the drum. Kyle said he has been working as a repair technician since age 15, learning at the knee of his grandfather who worked until well into his 80s when he passed away. Kyle demonstrated excellent people skills and technical expertise. He explained that a siphon effect is how the dispenser works. He also searched online for any information from Samsung that might assist in the diagnosis and repair. Very thorough! Next, he used his equipment, including a clever air bladder to raise the rear of the stacked appliances, the washer and Samsung dryer on top. Then he used his tools to adjust the rear legs, effectively tipping the appliances a bit towards the front. Kyle explained that the floor under these appliances had sunk somewhat, which created the imbalance that caused the problem. Even though our front loader washing machine drums rotate in both directions attempting to balance the load and minimize shaking, there is only so much the mechanism can do. So, there’s a lot of shaking going on! Imbalance happened more so here because of the flooring issue. This morning I tried it out. There was NO premature dispensing! I’ll declare Kyle’s work a success for now. In conclusion, Kyle is a master at his craft. I will not hesitate to book him again if needed and I can recommend him and his services to you all, regardless of the make and model of your washer and dryer.

Scheduling online was easy and we had a repair tech here in less than 48 hours even though it wasn’t an emergency. I did some research about pricing and repairs before the visit. Stephen was on time, respectful of property and fixed our dryer quickly and at a reasonable price. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant with a great professional attitude.

Technician came within 24 hours with the part which was greatly appreciated. Very curtious and professional.
