We were having issues with our oven heating unevenly and the dishwasher stopped working over the weekend. Stephen was the Tech that came out and was able to diagnose both issues and explain clearly what the issues were. He was very prompt and courteous and thoughtful enough to slide covers over his boots because they were wet from the rain. This is our third experience using Mr. Appliance and we've been very satisfied each and every time.

I just had the best service from Pete! It’s a long story and a good lesson learned but my daughter’s wedding rings ended up in a load of laundry before thanksgiving. We found the band in the dryer but there was no sign of her engagement ring. It could have fallen out of her pocket before the pants even went in the wash so we weren’t even sure it went in there. Pete exhausted all options with the dryer first with no luck and then went to work on the washer. After much work, he found it in the line to the drain pump! The diamond had come out of the setting but both parts were recovered. I literally had only a shred of hope that it could be found but had to exhaust all possibilities before giving up (and using the washer and dryer again!). It took a lot of effort by Pete but resulted in some screams of joy and relief! Highly recommend!
